YAMsession, the international conference event for creative professionals working with live music for young audiences, is back in 2022!

The 2022 edition will take place in picturesque Bruges, Belgium from the 17th to the 19th of October presenting a series of international live musical showcases by acclaimed performers, a “live producing session” as well as provocative talks and discussions from internationally renowned guest speakers.

As always, attendees will also have the opportunity to enjoy the YAMawards ceremony, which will take place on the 18th of October. The YAMawards have crowned the world's best music productions for young audiences every year since 2008, and 2022 is shaping up to be another highly contested edition.

YAMsession has become the annual international meeting point for creative professionals working in the field of live music for young audiences, bringing together bookers, producers and musicians since 2011.

Alongside these wonderful productions, we have the YAMawards Ceremony, an amazing Producers Forum as well as a bunch of truly inspirational speakers to spur dialogue and discussion.

Since its inception in 2010, YAMsession has grown to become a key industry event for musicians, programmers, producers, bookers, educators, and organisers, connecting the different elements that make up the young audiences music environment. It’s a moment to connect with colleagues from over 30 different countries and explore the future whilst interrogating the present.

We hope to see you all in Bruges for an inspiring event that you’ll not want to miss!
