An international delegation of participants from six different European countries spent two busy and exciting days in local Finnish schools in the Turku area to experience a series of YAM concerts, meetings, talks and workshops.
Topics such as quality assessment in YAM productions, research in the YAM field and the role of intentional intuition were on the agenda, and the Korvat Kävelylle concerts provided a wide spectrum of YAM productions: from the popular hit songs performed with nerve and presence by Ida Elina on Kantele, a traditional Finnish string instrument, to the breathtaking energetic brass arrangements by Estonian Brassical; and again, the 2000 year-old music from China performed sublimely by Swedish guitar duo The Gothenburg Combo.
Thanks to Konserttikeskus, to the musicians and to the Finnish children for these fruitful and interesting days in Kaarina.
