In December 2015, Blackboard Music Project partner JM France co-organized the annual young audience music festival Tout’Ouïe in Paris. Nine days and thirty concerts for schools and families - loads of great YA music for ears and eyes.

Among the thirty concerts, Danish Body Rythm Factory, YAMawards winner 2013, was invited to perform five concerts at the Ferme du Buisson venue for nearly two thousand French children, teachers and parents.

Body Rythm Factory has performed for children of many different nationalities from China to Sweden, and their recent concerts at Festival Tout’Ouïe only confirms, as Rune Thorsteinsson, pianist and spokes-person in the group says, “that music has no borders”.

About the concerts in France, he adds, “the best feedback is the instant feedback from the children: the clapping to the rythms during the concert, the high fives after the concert. No spoken language is needed.”

Body Rythm Factory’s concert at the Festival Tout’Ouïe took place as part of the Blackboard Music Project exchange of concerts program.
